Delivery times & costs

The range of products offered on the Website is valid as long as they are visible on the Website.
Gold jewels GIVE AND RECEIVE are exclusive, hand-crafted and created especially for each Customer, we keep none in stock. For this reason, your order will take 5 weeks to arrive.
Silver, Rubber and other materials jewels are available from stock. Your order can be prepared into 2 days.

We will inform you of the status of your order throughout the production process.

Delivery times and costs

Once your order ready, will be shipped with FEDEX, MRW or Correos companies. The delivery time for standard shipments is up to 3 days hours with FEDEX and MRW and up to 45 days with Correos. Any articles considered special orders may take longer. During the production process, we will send you messages to keep you updated on the status of your order.

GIVE AND RECEIVE is open from 09:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Friday, except for Spanish public holidays.

Custom Fees

The importation of goods in a fiscal territory different from the origin of the merchandise carries the obligation of customs processing. All merchandise must pass border security controls (sanitary, quality controls, etc.) and comply with the tax obligations of the country of destination (payment of taxes and tariffs) in addition to other expenses derived from the management of import and custody and storage of shipments.

All fees arising from customs formalities must be paid by the customer.

Returns Policy and information on returns packaging

GIVE AND RECEIVE is not responsible for the shipment of any products you wish to return. All returns must be shipped by FEDEX.

Items may be exchanged for other products or a credit note within a period of 30 days if the article is in perfect condition, its original packaging intact and unsealed, and the return is made to our distribution center. We recommend insuring the shipment. GIVE AND RECEIVE shall not be liable for returned goods that fail to arrive at their destination.

Retail businesses will neither accept exchanges nor reimburse the price of any articles purchased online.

We kindly request you bear in mind that GIVE AND RECEIVE does not accept the return of any engraved or personalized pieces.
