The User may browse the website until they find the desired product. On each product page, detailed information is provided, and the User may add the product to their cart. To complete the order, the User must provide the required information and confirm the purchase.

Once the purchase process is completed, the User may choose to receive an electronic invoice via email or request a printed copy.

Availability

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

• GIVE AND RECEIVE gold jewelry pieces are exclusive, handmade, and crafted specifically upon order. There is no stock of gold jewelry.
• GIVE AND RECEIVE silver, rubber, and other material jewelry is available in stock.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, QUINN CREATIONS, S.L. will contact the User to offer alternatives, extend the delivery timeline, or proceed with cancellation.

Contract and Acceptance of Orders

An order will not be considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed. The User will receive a confirmation email upon acceptance, at which time the contract becomes binding.

Order Review and Cancellation

Before finalizing the order, the User may review all details (price breakdown, shipping costs, item selection, etc.) and make corrections.

After confirmation, orders cannot be modified through the website. The User may contact customer service to request changes or cancellation, which will only be possible if the order has not yet entered the preparation or production stage.

Currency, Taxes, and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may be updated at any time; however, changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.

Payment Methods and Security

All orders must be paid immediately upon confirmation. Accepted payment methods include:

Card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. QUINN CREATIONS, S.L. does not store or manage card information.

PayPal

The User will be redirected to PayPal’s secure platform to finalize the payment.

Delivery Types, Timeframes, and Issues

Once payment is received, order processing will begin. The User may choose either home delivery or in-store pickup.

In-store Pickup

Orders placed before 16:00h (CET) are prepared within 24 working hours. Collection is available during business hours at:

Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

• FedEx or MRW: up to 3 days
• Correos: up to 45 days
• Gold GIVE AND RECEIVE jewelry: crafted to order, delivery time is approximately 5 weeks

The User will be informed of the order status during production.

Customer service operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 16:00 (excluding Spanish public holidays).

If the package arrives damaged, the User must notify this on the delivery slip and contact QUINN CREATIONS, S.L. immediately. Damaged items will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

Shipping Costs

Duties and Customs

All customs duties, taxes, and additional charges required by the destination country must be paid by the customer.

Returns, Withdrawals, Exchanges, and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing justification.

Withdrawal must be communicated to info@bylorenzoquinn.com.

A refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Returned products must be in perfect condition. Improper handling may result in depreciation.

Exceptions to Withdrawal

• Customized or made-to-order goods (e.g., gold jewelry).
• Sealed items not suitable for return once opened.
• Items that become inseparable from other goods after delivery.

Defective Products or Shipping Errors

If a product is defective or does not match the order, QUINN CREATIONS, S.L. will assume the costs of return, replacement, or refund, including shipping expenses.

Warranties

Products are covered by the legally established warranty:
